The Annual Lanimer Lanarkshire Highland Dancing competition took place in Lanark Grammar today.

During Lanimer Week 2018, T Henry Shanks will be celebrating the 50th Anniversary of his installation as Lord Cornet, and Senga Hamilton her Crowning as Lanimer Queen in 1968.

As part of the equestrian events for Lanimer Week 2018, we are requesting that all riders pre-register with The Lord Cornets’ Club.
Registration is FREE, but mandatory, so that we can ensure the continued safe running of our equestrian activities throughout Lanimer Week.
Those looking to take part in the Monday Procession or the Official Lanimer Rideout on Tuesday 5th June should return a completed form by Sunday 27th May.

Lea has the honour of crowning Lanimer Queen Elect Anna Martin on the 7th of June.
Lea has been been a leader of Lanark Rainbows for many years and is a leading member of Freda and Friends Lanimer entries.
